Manchester Muscle Academy is a brand new training facility in the center of Middleton Manchester.
What we have tried to create is a warm friendly gym where men and women of all ages can come and enjoy their training. We wanted somewhere you would not feel intimidated or uncomfortable when you first walk in, somewhere where you would feel part of the place, part of the team, part of the gang, somewhere that feels like a social club where everyone knows each other and trains with each other, and we wanted all of this to be accessible for everyone at an affordable price.
The feedback we get from our users is amazing, we get people telling us this is the best gym they have ever trained in and that it’s not just because it has a great range of high quality weight machines, high quality free weights, a great cardio section and a great little boxing area, but because most of all it has a great comfortable friendly atmosphere. This gym is somewhere where you can come and train and get free advice on training routines and techniques, free diet and supplement usage advice, development and improvement support.

High Quality Supplements
There is a wide range of high quality supplements that can be purchased at a very low price and consumed on the premises in our chill out area. You can get some of these high quality protein shakes after you have trained for as little as £1 each. We have an extensive range of premium gym equipment including free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, lifting chains, Krossfit equipment.
We have personal trainers on site for one to one sessions and courses. We carry out hard but fun strength and fitness conditioning classes with tyres, slam balls, slam bags hammers etc. We are based in the centre of Middleton so easily accessible form all bus routes; there is plenty of parking available Call in and come and see us you will be impressed.
